BIG NEWS!!! Cancellation Rules, Ration Card: Your ration card will be cancelled in these 4 situations, know what the new rules are:
The government has made an appeal to the in eligible ration card holders to surrender ration card or cancel it. The order says that the person who does not surrender the God and then is cost in the verification of the government is going to face the legal action.
The rule for holding a ration card is if a card holder has:
a plot or flat
house of 100 square metres
four wheeler vehicle or tractor licence
income more than 2 lakhs in the village,
3 lacs in the City
then such person should surrender his ration card in the Tehsil and dso office.
As per the government rules if a ration card holder does not surrender the card even after having all these facilities his card will be cancelled after scrunity. Moreover, legal action will be taking taken against that card holder.
